Ingredients

4 cups peeled, chopped peaches (2 to 3 pounds)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 pkg (16 oz each) Duncan Hines® Dolly Parton’s Buttermilk Biscuit Mix

12 tablespoons butter, divided use

1 cup milk

Directions

Step one
Place peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a large saucepan. Heat over medium-high and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Skim foam from jam, if desired. Reduce heat and boil until jam is thick, about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. If you want your peaches to break down more, you can mash them with a potato masher as they cook.

Pour jam into a clean and sanitized quart jar. Close lid tightly and refrigerate until jam is cold. Jam will keep in the refrigerator for up to a month.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare and bake biscuits according to package directions. Serve warm, buttery biscuits with your homemade peach jam!
