1 pkg (20 oz each) Duncan Hines® Dolly Parton’s Cinnamon Swirl Crumb Cake & Muffin Mix

MUFFIN BATTER:

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup chopped peaches, optional

STRUESEL TOPPING:

2 tablespoons butter, melted

GLAZE:

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

1 tablespoon milk
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step one
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place paper liners in 12 muffin cups. Pour cake mix into large bowl. Pour cinnamon mix into small bowl.

Stir eggs, 1/2-cup milk, and 1/2-cup melted butter with cake mix in large bowl until well blended. *For an optional twist, stir in chopped peaches! To make streusel, stir 2 tablespoons melted butter into small bowl with cinnamon mix until well blended.

Step three
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the batter into each muffin cup. Sprinkle with about half of the streusel. Scoop remaining batter on top. Top with remaining streusel topping.

Bake 18 to 21 minutes, until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Whisk confectioners’ sugar, 1 tablespoon milk, and vanilla together in small bowl. Drizzle glaze over muffins and serve.
